Khalid is also Chairman of The Aziz Corporation founded in 1983, now Britain's leading independent executive communications consultancy. He has coached and mentored many hundred of senior executives in FTSE 100 & FTSE 250 companies and other international organisations. He writes and speaks regularly on Leadership development and Executive communications. He authored the highly acclaimed "Presenting to Win - a guide for Finance and Business Professionals" and "Managing Communications in a Crisis". He was recently appointed visiting Professor of Business Communications at The University of Southampton, School of Management and is an Honorary Professor at The University of Winchester.

His earlier comprehensive media career spanned the BBC, TVS and Channel 4 with current affairs and business programmes. As a producer and presenter he has also worked with The Open University, BT and PWC.

The Aziz Corporation is our sister company. Established for over 24 years and recognised as the leading senior executive communications consultancy. Clients include Barclays, BBC, BT, Cadbury Schweppes, HSA, Kingfisher, MFI, National Grid, G4S, Vodafone and The Walt Disney Company.

Anthony has successfully coached and represented numerous senior executives, the majority earning significant six figure salaries.

Previously a Director of a leading City Career management consultancy, he has over 20 years experience in general management mostly as Managing Director. His career encompasses Fresh Produce, FMCG, Luxury Goods and Precision Casting. He has run businesses in the U.S., Canada, and the UK. A seasoned negotiator with Global 2000 companies, including acquisitions and disposals.

His early career progressed from management trainee with Mecan Engineering where he was headhunted by Wilkinson Sword Group, to become the youngest general manager in the International Group.

Anthony is on the Management Development Committee of the Chartered Management Institute.

With excellent organisational, client liasion and research skills, Emma brings an extra dimension to the team. Able to think laterally, she has highly developed problem solving skills. Emma is friendly and approachable, and is driven by a desire to exceed clients expectations through fabulous customer service.

Joining from a specialist search and selection business, having previously run her own successful event management company, Emma has significant experience in dealing with companies and high-net-worth individuals, at potentially stressful times, and always in the strictest confidence.

Emma is studying for a PgC in Career & Talent Management with the CIPD.

Jenny is an ICF accredited Master Coach, working with clients at director level in organisations across the UK, Europe and in the USA. She has extensive coaching experience in a wide range of industries including oil, legal, banking, catering, scientific and the arts.

Jenny is a direct, empowering coach with a rigorous and creative approach. With 25 years experience managing people and operations, and with extensive training, she draws on a range of appropriate techniques to move people forward. She specialises in working with individuals and teams to enhance communications and create solutions. Clients describe her as "a great unraveller" and a motivational force. To her professional and executive clients Jenny offers the space to stand back from the pressures of the position in order to think strategically. They work on the whole gamut of business issues and on their own performance and well-being. Jenny’s approach supports her clients to analyse issues, understand realistic options, create effective solutions and take action. She works with them to agree success measures and evaluate effectiveness.

Jenny’s qualifications include: Master Certified Coach (International Coach Federation), BA Hons Oxford, Post-graduate management Henley, Graduate CoachU and UK College of Life Coaching and an RSA Counselling Certificate.

Jo is a strategic, innovative and business focused organisational development consultant with 20 years experience of helping organisations improve leadership and productivity. Jo consults and coaches in the areas of personal and organisational development reflecting her specialisms of leadership development, talent management, strategic performance management and motivation and reward.

Jo has worked in a number of different sectors including investment banking (Merrill Lynch and JP Morgan) financial services, Government (central – DfT, DCLG and local), IT, education, and advertising. She is a highly experienced consultant, facilitator and coach.

Jo holds a BA in Modern Languages and an MSc in Organisational Behaviour from Birkbeck (London University). She is currently completing her coaching certification with CTI an organization recognized by the Internal Coaching Federation. In addition to this she is well-qualified in the use of a number of psychometric instruments.

Jo's style is dynamic, pragmatic, perceptive and energetic. She is a supportive challenger, and offers a practical and inspirational approach. She is a quick and creative thinker, and offers insight and illumination along with enthusiasm and a sense of humour.

Jacqui has over 20 years experience of business, management and consulting, having held senior positions and directorships in banking, travel, consultancy and the voluntary sector. Her proven coaching tools and techniques come from both psychology and business and form a powerful combination with her insight, perspective and strategic vision. Her approach is positive, constructive, creative and challenging. Her main interests are in using coaching and facilitation to identify and develop leadership strengths, professional success and positive change.

Coaching across all sectors and at all levels, she has worked with Directors and Board members at BAE Systems, B&Q, The Engineering Employers Federation (EEF), Aerosystems International, Fidelity and International SOS, and with Vice Chancellors, Heads of Department and Managers at Brunel, Kingston, St George’s, Royal Holloway and Goldsmiths Universities.

Jacqui’s qualifications include: BSc (Hons), MSc; Chartered Occupational Psychologist; Diploma in Performance Coaching; Certified Mediator; Level A and B Psychometric Assessor; Member of the BPS, EMCC, ABP, CAPP.

Jan has considerable experience in people-based consulting, where she has specialised in career management, coaching, assessment, selection and management development. The emphasis has been on helping individuals to both identify their potential and develop it.

She has worked on a 1:1 basis with clients helping them to determine future career direction, assess potential options and devise a strategy to achieve their objectives. This has involved coaching senior managers in interview skills and techniques.

Jan has also worked with senior and fast track managers on individual and group coaching programmes.

Her experience has been in the UK and Europe, in the private and public sectors, such as financial services, pharmaceuticals, TMT, retail and IT, as well as local government and health.
